At the moment there is no straight forward way to connect the docs folder of the project repo to Wikijs since it needs a dedicated repo. Even then subfolders will not sync properly. Since the docs are organized in a folder structure I won't be utilizing Wikijs for dispaying the docs and just structure my documentation in the project repo for now.
I will look for an open source solution similar to Github Pages in the future. Issue created: kasun/Where-is-my-stuff#12
