I'm building the app for my household to keep track of where my stuff, documents, tools etc. are located to avoid long searches. While this serves a personal problem the app should be done in a way to serve other peoples needs too. The feature development of the app should therefore be focused on common issues we have rather than my very personal needs. There should also be an option to translate the app to an enterprise context.

Talk to different LLM about the following questions:

What are the most essential features?
Which apps are already out there and what can make my app stand out?
What features could let me stand out as a developer?
What features could serve my interests by using DevOps and AI technologies?
