I want to build this app initially using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript connecting to my self hosted PostGres database. It should be be built in a way that future features and forks are easy to add without changing too much of the inital code. The idea is to keep the project as scalable as possible possibly resulting in an enterprise grade product.

Which tech stack is ideal for scaling it for more than a single user scenario?
What stack ensures frictionless developments of Android and iOS apps in the future?
